Shanklish

Shanklish
Shanklish is an appetizer dish of the Syrian and Lebanese cuisines.

Ingredients:

12-oz goat cheese "gibna arish"
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp cayenne
3 Tbsp. minced mint leaves
1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation:
  1. Mix everything but the leaves and oil together in food processor or blender until thoroughly blended.
  2. Make bite-sized balls.
  3. Roll in the minced mint and chill until firm.
  4. Before serving, drizzle them with olive oil.
